Unit 4 blog

I learned about meditation and visualization from one of my classes last year and I have been using it ever since. However Dacher meditation CD takes it to another level, it goes beyond just clearing the mind but it gives my mind and spirit something to meditate on. I plan on using Dacher love and kindness exercises until I master it, I recommend that everyone in this class give it a chance, I believe it will change your life. After practicing this exercise I felt totally relaxed and completely renewed.

  1. Hello Norris, Sorry for the delay but I'm with you. I didn't get the full affects of the exercises but just as you stated I have have the experience in 2 other classes and it is definitely effective. Have you ever experienced meditation outside of the class? I ask this question because of your background. I meditate and at times I don't even know that I am doing it but the peacefulness is there. It feels good and most of the time it's at night; so it makes for a good nights sleep. Practicing love and kindness is definitely a life changer and I can say that I know this from personal experience. I have grown personally, intellectually and spiritually and it has made me a better person. People ask me how come I am so kind and I say, if you knew how I was back in the day, the way I am now would be must more appreciated. I look back at myself and I was an ugly person and the question to myself now is why?
